Return and refund policy

At Phoenix Metal Products, your satisfaction is our top priority.  We will
exchange or replace any items which are received damaged.  Claims
for damages must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

contactus@phoenixmetalproducts.com for a RA # (return authorization
number), and return the damaged goods with the RA # printed on the
carton.

Privacy policy

Phoenix Metal Products has a firm commitment to our customers'
privacy.  Phoenix Metal Products does not sell, trade or rent your email
address or personal information to others.  Our website automatically
recognizes your Internet service provider and IP Address, but does not
identify you as an individual.  For customers who make a purchase at
our on-line store, we do collect information on which pages were viewed
